Start by filing in the required information in the "Make a Reservation" box found in the home page. These are:

• Pick-up and return date and time.

• The pick-up Hertz location. If the return location is different, please select the desired location.

• Select the car group that better satisfies your needs and other additional services.

• Fill in your personal information and send the request.

• If you arrive at the Hertz location by plane, please fill in the flight number.

Bookings are subject to a specific car group, which includes several different car models with similar features. You can ask for a specific model during the pick-up, whether it is available.

The minimum period for a car rental is 30 min and the maximum is thirty (30) days.

Upon succesfull completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you provided during your reservation.

You can only change your reservation’s pick up and drop off date, time and location, assuming the change concerns a location in the same city – up to 4 hours before the pick-up time you have put on your reservation. To modify your reservation you can either use our website www.hertz.ro, or contact us at 0040 21 407 8200.

Reservations for groups that are "On Request" , must first be checked by our Reservation Center in accordance with the booking details you entered.
